the problem is, people dont appreciate the guy until he's dead. just like what happen to teddy diaz of the dawn.

jason newsted is also a good bass player. he brought attitude to the band. IMO.

Couldn't agree more. The best album for me are Kill em all and Ride the Lightning. Cliff died for good. you know why? because metallica will not be a mainstream band if cliff was alive. This guy prefers to play a gig with the locals. He is the type of guy who prefers to be one of the underdogs. Have you ever wondered the band doesn't have an official music video during cliff's times? Cliff will always be remembered by his music.
