we're looking for additional Technical Support Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge TCP/IP
- Knowledge of Data Cabling Standards
- Knowledge and experience on working with Remote Control Tools.
- Experience with Network Analysis, Troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Must be able to walk an end user through as many scenarios as possible to find the root cause to common issues related to hardware and software. (branch offices/staffs)
- Demonstrate attention to details, Team Player, self motivated.
- Willing to work on shifts and has clear understanding of 24/7 helpdesk operation.
- With at least 1 year experience as a Technical Support Specialist or Helpdesk.
- MCDST or A+ Certification is a plus.

There are two sections in Systems Deparment
Support and Systems
Support:
They are those involve in troubleshooting both Hardware and Software on-site or remote in all our Branches worldwide.
Support guys are the first line of defense when it comes issues since they will be the one reporting to Systems Engineers if bigger problem arises.
Section Manager - Systems the one overseeing all Systems Engineer specializing in different field. Most of the time, Section Manager ensures the UP Time availability of all these servers and Network connectivity.
Systems Engineer Specialization:
Exchange Admin
Network Admin
Database Admin
Web Admin
His immediate Superior is the Information Systems Manager, Over all head in the Systems Department.
