uhm mga 17k budget
intel i3 around 5k better than core 2 duo (power saving)
asus/intel board mga 3k with AVL
2gb ram -2k
250-320gb hd -2-3k
casing w power supply2-3k
dvdrw - 1.2k

better if naa naka case para ka save ka mga 3k so mga 14k then if naa ka cdrom / dvd rom mga 13k nalang.

for me dont go for pentium dual core or E sumthing. sayang gamay ra difference almost double the speed and lower ang power consumption.

note:
1.) vcard kay integrated so good for non heavy gaming. dependend on memory. if nahan ka gaming. daghan barado vcard pci express na aroudn 1-2k. tarong lang pili
2.) choose a good motherboard - mother of all. daot imo motherboard wa na gamit halos tanan unless u find a compatible one.
