Fresh Milk, Fruits, Veggies and other high in fiber foods (wheat bread, cereals, oats etc..)
vitamins- vit.c, fish oil, b complex, vit. e, sheep placenta, gingko,
instant quaker oats w/flavor take less than 5 minutes.. busy gyapon? hahaha
ascorbic acid, multivit, or saging kada adlaw
I drink protein shakes after my shift then sleep. Also i drink multivitamins. Always hydrate! I eat apples instead of junk food. Trying tonlose weight but the chocolates are always calling my name hehe
thanks to c24/7 i got round d clock nutrition and protection...it has all our body needs..
