weeeeeeeeeee klarify lng nako gamay ah ^^ 1st its not a fact na more than 5k mo ang applicants.. usually it depends on the timing and the demand.. 2nd hindi every 1 month ang training.. na katiming lng gud na daghan need karon ang sap mao na nag hire cla another batch.. and actually ang batch na before namo kay sang nov last yer.. and the training also depends amoa almost a month i dont know sa enxt n batch.. and i have a friend last monday lng nangapply and she will now sign a contract tommorrow.. as i usually say.. it really ddepends on the timing an the company needs..
ang pag pili depends sa hr kay mo request ra man ang capability na.. ei hr we need 20 people so png hire mo.. so mao n mng hire ang hr.. after they select the lucky 20 cla na ang i hatag sa capability na naay need.. ^^ and btw ms yanzki kinsa daw ka ingon c micha.. ^^

they choose the best people ^^ char hehe ^^ core values.. hehe bitaw equal opporunity where given to all applicants.. ^^ and sa usc thing yes daghan carolinians sa amoa batch but it doesnt mean n geh priorities cla.. timing lng sad kay dili mn cla sabay nangapply and it happens na usc cla ng grad.. and for the record.. im not also a carolinian and better yet not a native of cebu ^^
