Technically your correct when you say that catholics are christians. But personally for me this is what I believe in.

There are many Christian denominations and churches: Catholic, Presbyterian, Methodist, Baptist, Lutheran, and so on. Being a member of one doesn't determine whether a person is a Christian.

The real issue is whether the person individually has Jesus Christ living inside of him or her...if they actually have a personal relationship with God.

Just bec. a person claims to be a catholic doesnt necessarily mean that his a real catholic if he doesnt even practive catholic teachings. Same goes with christianity.

Ang ending ani, it's not what other people say about God, it's what YOU say about God. So how is our relationship with Him? everything else will not matter then. So ask yourself, why did you become or why did you belong to whatever your religion is right now? Set your own WHY. Don't be content about being one by default, or you were baptized in the Church you are in. If it has helped you make a closer relationship with God, then so be it.

Daghan kaayog differences sa teachings. Bottom line, Love one another. haha almost every religion/philosophy teaches this. Ask Catholics, Christians, Buddhists, Muslims, Hindus.

It's the principle. Peace. Unity. Harmony. Love. so let us stop arguing about who is right or wrong.

I don't know how people would put it. Sad to say many Catholics are shaky about their belief in the Church and in God. ang ending, ang taw maoy sukdanan kung padayonon ba nila ang ilang giapilan nga relihiyon.

I'm not against those who have transferred religions. This goes out to those who are Catholics but are "shaky" or "jam2" na lang sa pagka Katoliko.

Ask yourself unsay root nganong na way klaro imong pagtuo?

Just as the body will not become healthy if not nourished with nutrition,
the faith also is not nourished if you do not do anything to cultivate it.

Like for example, how would you expect to be faithful if you evade going to Masses, attending church traditions, reading the Bible, and the like?

We also have to do something para mudako atong faith, just like kailangan ta mukaon para managko atong lawas.

Check your influences. What kind of people do you hang out with? I'm not trying to judge your friends, but maybe usa na sa mga rason nga ma out of focus ka sa pagka Katoliko.

What books do you read? Kung himasa kaayo kag books nga mu contradict sa mga teaching sa simbahan, chances are, mapareha ka nila.

Who do you listen to? As I have been told, you become who you listen to. Tuod naay mandaot bisag asa, nay buhatan tag daotan, naay mangbrainwash nato, naay tiunan pa gani ta sa atong tinuohan.

But we decide who we want to become. It's not what other people say about God, it's what YOU say about Him.

what kind of nutrition sis?..ONLY from the ones given by the church? unsa parehas sa movie na Equilibrium..taking that drug or "nourishment?"

sis..you don't need a "holy mass" or follow invented church traditions nor read the bible to renew your faith in your god..for there is no middle man between your god and you..wla jd sis..those are just human inventions so that the church can further influence people and tell them that they are the only authority to god's word and no one else..even you you're not allowed to interpret god's word other than the priests..that's why Protestantism was born.

does this statement sound as if you're already judging them sis?...i don't think the word "maybe" changes anything..so anyone who does not go with your religion should be avoided?..that's a very disconcerting..very discirminating.

if the church is so confident that theirs is the truth..then why are they not allowing they're flock to read other books..if the church believes that theirs is the truth with precise mathematical conviction then why not prohibit reading other books..nway there's no truth in those books man kaha?...

sis..if the church is very tolerant of other religions or ideas then why are they so afraid of exposing their flock to other stuff?..y be afraid..if the TRUTH is in your hands..There's no higher religion than truth..if the church so believes and is very confident sa ilang teachings to be the TRUTH then i guess it should be encouraged that devout should read other books para ma koreksyonan ang baluktot na panghunahuna sa uban...then why is it prohibited?
