I dont know about you guys, but isnt it supposed to be the job of a congressman to file an impeachment complaint? There are reasons why there is a law separating the Church from the State. I just dont understand why some Bishops still insist on doing political moves when even the Pope himself in the Vatican supports GMA...
another clear example of our crab mentality... just when we are climbing, someone pulls us down...
your thoughts please...

FK has given you the answer. any Filipino citizen (church official or not) can file an impeachment complaint, a congressman will only have to endorse it.
the separation of the church and state clause in the constitution is not absolute just like the freedom of speech, right to assembly, etc.. its separation can be compared to a car's front wheels, separated but have to go the same direction. it is the church's duty to teach morals (although some of its leaders are questionable when it comes to this).
if a certain church invoke killing as one of its sacred religious practice, cant the government interfere to implement the laws of the state?
