    a person like Tomas is needed sa atong nasod karon...if only ol government officials is like Tomas...mulambo na gyud ang Pinas........na-a man gyud na ang corruption sa government..bisan sa States mas grabe pa but at least kahibalo mu-palambo sa syudad/nasud...

    TOMAS is the man...he is one of the few politicos who has the Political WILL.

    Being a manager of a city like Cebu is NOT a popularity contest. You need an axe to grind to implement what is good for the cityÂ* and its people. You need to be firm in your decision for the greater good. You cannot please everyone.

    That is management, not "TRAditional POlitics".
