kung Seagate/WD pa na...then infoseeker is your man pud...akong Seagate 500gb hdisk nga puno ug family pics, scanned docs, notes etc. nasunog(bec. of my defective HEC 700W Cougar)...si infoseeker ang nag facilitate nga mapadala sa Seagate Singapore & ma-recover ang data...nabalik nako new disk na w/ all my data there...i can't thank him enough...

as i read sa policy sa samsung site, na void na ako warranty cause na defect cya due to spillage sa food, mao ge hulmigas cya... then second ky ako ge tamper, na paksit nako iya seal ky ako ge ablihan pra kuhaun/limpyohan nko ky nay mga hulmigas sa sulod.
repair n;ng gyud ni sa technician.
i hope mka help, and ma repair ni nila

di na ma detect akong WD mybook essential 1TB hdd. akong gi abri og gikuha ang hdd to think that the case is defective. di sad ma detect ang hdd when connected via SATA sa pc.

i want to retrieve only the important files esp. family pics worth 12gb. the rest are just mkv hi-def movies about 650gb i painstakingly downloaded everyday. the movies are replaceable but the pics are not. the external drive is still under warranty but because i opened the case, the warranty is now void. please help...
