it depends on how you deliver a joke, naay joke nga kwela jud gikan sa nahitabo or istorya. pero if gipatungod sa usa ka tawo that will be more or less an insult na pde sad ka makatawa kay tinuod jud. mao na ang uban kay dili jud joker kundi insulter lang hahaha.

sometimes its not only a joke was half truth. even a compliment to others sometimes leads us to half truth or not true. lolz
