.. yes, they are criminals. they have done their time, gone out of jail and yet continue to live as criminals. if you look closely, those "victims" are in and out of jail . "due process" to them is way beyond over rated.

fair and just trial?? mapalit man gani ang judge.. how can it be fair and just..

it's never fair - I understand the point of view of pro-vigilante cause it's out of sheer desperation and frustration of our so-called justice system.

@fin: not all criminals are in and out of jail.. how bout those other criminals? if they've committed their "first" crime, vigilantes would spy, investigate, warn, and shoot them afterwards and that's it?

@naz: again let's not generalize here.. if ever you can't help but make our justice system generalized, then you mean to say the justice system in our country is as worse as it can be.. if that's the case, are you saying VIGILANTES are the only solution to that?
