yeah right. it looks like the company is very small. welll, we cannot fault them for being that small and having computers which are not really standards/branded. that could be part of their long term plan. in my case i prefer be in a small company where my efforts are recognize than in a big company with growing big anonimyty and that my effort is absolutely not recorgnized due to office politics and all. where is this located exactly?

7th Floor, TGU Bldg., IT Park. It is just across I2 Convergys.

Are you going to apply there?

Bitaw sah? Why do call centers ask hypothetical questions? when I had a training at Xynet we're being told by the trainor that some calla centers ask bogus(not sure about the spelling) questions.

kinza makatubag ani. Why the sky is blue?

I could not say strict yung nag interview 'coz i really felt good during our talk. Eherm di rin naman ako nag iinarte or so, kaya nga ganun. Paalala lang guyz let us also be careful with our answers during the interview, baka kasi magiging self-incriminating yun eh.

For example, if i say i say i am a hacker just to impress someone na techie talaga ako. Makakasama yun sa atin kasi naman companies won't eventually hire someone na mayrong history of hacking. I learned na it is ok pala pag nagwawhite lies hehe.like yung dark secret, baka ang hinanap ng interviewer ay yung mga taong may history of sabotage, bad behavior, drug addiction, hacking, etc. Minsan nga tlaga we cannot understand why interviewer would ask, can you tell me about yourself? eh andun na iyon sa resume natin eh? So what's the point of asking it huh? According to my professor, it is a way of observing how you talk, how effective you are in selling yourself etc.

If you take personality assessment test, yung mga questions dun personal talaga. At saka parang paulit-ulit eh na nakakainis. But then, may mga underlying factors yun.

    So ito tandaan:

    1. we can do white lies (hehe pero honesty pa din is da best policy)
    2. be nice and smile alywas
    3. maski call center yun, it is great to dress up still
    4. wag mag badmouth sa previous company kung tatanungin bakit ka umalis.
    5. be courteous

Heheh. not sure kung epektib ba yun but at least the above would help
