It's pretty sad to hear someone claiming that Noynoy is competent because he has not passed bills which became laws. AmorsoloX's statement that Noynoy is "BOGO" is just an expression of frustration and despair that Villar didn't win the hearts of Filipinos. I am happy though that you are not among the 14 million Filipinos who voted for Noynoy whom you claimed to be all "BOGO." Among them is former Chief Justice Hilario Davide, Jr. You must be very brilliant sir AmorsoloX.
BTW, Marcos' Presidential Decrees were the outcome of his brilliance. Was he a good president?
