I would say if you were invited for an exam/interview with this company, "go at your own expense" because I had unpleasant experiences with them. I had an exam and interview with them a month ago. Took the exam, the same exam that was emailed, and then afterward had an interview with this guy. I was really confused because the first time we met (because he was also the one who conducted the exam) he was really nice, but during the interview he was so disrespectful and he seemed like angry at me (or he's just trying to portray a strict interviewer just like with other BPOs, which is already over-acting for him, it doesn't suit him), which I don't know why. I was deliberately answering all his questions and he would just cut me off in the middle of my sentence and ask me another question, even if I'm not yet finished. And the most weird part is when he asked the question, "What is your most darkest secret", this is for test of honesty (daw!!!). He even said I might be asked this kind of question with other bpos (which i frankly told him no one asked me a question like that before). After the interview, he just told me to wait for a call or something within a week or two. I had a missed call from them but I didn't bother follow-up because the experience was really unbecoming and unprofessional. They said that the environment was homey, but I find that untrue. That is because barely anyone was in the office. The network setup is a mess, I can clearly see all the wires in the rack, there are only few computers on the cubicles with "CRT" monitors and unbranded CPU's, the office of the interviewer doesn't even have a doorknob in place, just one big hole, and no air conditioner.. I am not sure how long they have been in the TGU Tower, but for my own description of a homey office.. It will not pass..
Again, apply at your own expense.. But my advice, before applying really research everything about the company..
