you can buy this "hair heat protector" sa colon dapit.. it really works para dli madamage ang hair before mag iron.. or you can iron your hair while it's still mga 5% wet para dli siya mag static when you comb it sad.. and you can also use cream silk pink leave-on before you iron your hair para less damage

sakto sya sis. heat or thermal protector.e-apply na sya after nimo shower,before nimo e-blow dry and iron imong hair.itll really helps

Me im using "VO5 heat defense conditioning spray" sa watson ni nko na palit.

im using the one from CHI, i dont think its sold here and i also have the VO5 heat defense conditioning spray, sold at watsons around 200+

when applying heat protectant, apply it on damp hair.. and dont blowdry, pag atubang lang sa electric fan, then if dry na imong hair, you can start ironing.. pero if your flat iron kay katong pwede ra basa ang hair you can iron you hair immediately after applying the heat protectant..

i dont use anythng after.. but if im curling my hair, i do the same thing, the heat protectant routine, then i apply hairspray, i use finesse..
