    1. Change style of Politics from "kanya-kanya" , "bario-bario" attitude to one where economic and infrastructure growth is spread out across the whole island of Cebu. (This will entail a paradigm shift from our current system of local politics)

    2. Develop fast, efficient and affordable mass transportation system from North to South of Cebu

    3. Encourage growth in the provinces by building commercial, residential and industrial spheres in Carcar Area in the South and in Bogo area in the North.

Problem with the current setup is majority of the people diri sa City kay gikan sa provinces because of lack of Jobs, Schools in their area.... so spreading out the growth will decongest the entire island of Cebu and make life better for everybody.

Here's a statistic for people to think of:

In our colleges here in Cebu, 80% of the school population are composed of people from the provinces.

Great suggestion and good info .... a stat I didn't know, never thought it was that high of a percentage , but make sense as when we have Major Holidays the city gets a tad quiet

You never change anything by Fighting the existing. To change something, build a New Model and make the existing one obsolete.

That's why we should start campaigning for Davide sa 2013... hehe

Pero I really dont like the infighting ni Gwen and Tomas, Gullas and Tomas etc etc... the Cebuanos stand to lose from their childish squabbles. There must be cooperation among the LGU's and being "pala-away" results in kanya-kanya attitude which sets the whole of cebu back..

    Default wider road?

roads are wide enough.. discipline ra kulang and a little concern sa environment.. save gas..ride jeepney if duol and wa gadali...i am pro sa light rail transit to decongest the traffic from south..kun bus man gud daku kau, samot mkaclog up sa kalsada.. parents sad kaylangan i car pool nlang ang mga kids instead tagsaan driver and sakyanan..esp sa high end na skul sa banila-talamban area.
