pc is slowing down. need help.

my pc seems to have slowed considerably for the past few days. wa ko kanotice lately kay wa na koy duwa duwa. this pc used to be fast and ive never encountered any problems with it so far. so here are the symptoms:
1.) takes too long to load games. TOO LONG. it used to take me 1 minute max to load a multiplayer COD game, from COD4 to MW2, pero karon kay it takes 10 minutes at least. singleplayer or multiplayer. dili pirated copies BTW.

2.) if i enable some programs sa start up, it takes at least 10 minutes for windows to stabilize.(kanang makaclick na ka ug tarong) when i disabled the programs, it takes mga 30 seconds lang to load.

3.) mubuffer ang mga videos. tanan movies nako mubuffer jud. annoying kaayo.

4.) almost everytime i turn it on, after a few minutes mucrash lang kalit ang windows. naa man gihapoy output sa monitor pero dili na mufunction ang mouse or keyboard. but this does not happen when i play games. when it does crash, i have no choice but to restart the pc.

i tried reinserting all hardware sa cpu, reinstalling drivers, updating directx,

as of now last choice sa nako ang reformat kay kapoy reinstall sa mga programs ug update sa windows but if you guys can help me troubleshoot me id be more than happy.

windows 7 ultimate 64bit
intel C2D E4500
ddr2 800 2gbx2 team elite
asus p5k-se
nvidia 8800gt 512mb
500 mb seagate HDD

somethings wrong with the 64 bit OS nakasuway sad ko ani and to think my ram was 4GB DDR3. Inig ON kay mu hang xa after 10 mins mu OK na ang startup den inig ablli nsad ko lain programs mu hang agen. So ni revert nlng ko balik sa 32bit. Currently I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit.

run daw og ccleaner bro...scan daw og issues imo registry dn i fix..if dli bsin imo hd pud na..naa mga seagate na 500Gb mga gubaon especially 7200.11 nga model..

im using win7 64 bit pero wala ko kasulay ana dugay mo load...

suwayi lang sah na..hehe

mao, if imo hdd is 7200.11, check online if apil ba imo hdd sa dreaded firmware bug...

if ok ra and d ka apil sa bug, check it with seagate diagnostic tools...

else, reformat.

btw, inig hang does the HDD LED stays lit?

Hard disk e check, I just had mine sent for RMA, its only a 250G and I used Seatools but wa ka detect ug problem but when I used Hard disk sentinel, it shows 96% health and some bad sectors.

2nd, I agree on using win 7 premium than ultimate.

Try to scan your pc maybe there's a virus or spyware.

also try to check services.msc if naa kai makita mag dagan na unrecognized

try the 32 bit pod brad it is much stable than 64bit..^_^..
