SU exercise lang paresan ug diet mo niwang jud ka..hehehe...

simple ra ang solution pero lisud buhaton. "Disciplina sa kaun"
d madala ug hiyak? heheh kanang sit-ups everyday around 3 sets of 20 counts. Then hinay2 lang increase a ng count as you become comfortable with it.
wala tambal pagamay sa tiyan? kay mopalit ko..ü
