null votes means as if no votes has been cast at all..pips ur right but on the other hand do u question the number of votes nullified?? millions....it is very questionable...well of course-maybe people don't know how to shade the space for VP huh?? smartmatic is not really smart at all-denying millions of people's right..balik nlang ta manual ani..dugay man ghapon result..mas nindot sad nuon and automated election kay automated sad ang corruption and fraud.maybe? who knows?

guys, let me play devil's advocate here. had binay's lead been 3million+ this would have been a non-issue. as it is then we have to give sen. roxas a chance. however slim the chance is, it is still there. the question on under-voting (the voter did not shade anyone on the vice-presidential list) and over-voting (shaded more than 1) is not the issue. sen. roxas will not be able to question that. basically anything that requires a crystal ball is a non-issue. there is however the question of under-shading and over-shading. while a human can easily understand it, the pcos machine may have had difficulty with it thus treating it as a null vote. the possibility is there. sadly the only to way resolve it is to manually check those (2.6-3M) votes and it may not even change the outcome but for the sake of thoroughness i for one think this needs to be done.
