    @jpao

    go to advance option of your modem, under WAN menu, configure the channel to 1483 Bridge (IP LLC) then proceed to your adsl2+ modem's way of committing the configuration. dont forget to set the exact vpi vci encapsulation or you wont get the exact bandwidth you are subscribed.

    be mindful also on your router's mtu since it will affect your browsing. i believe most routers nowadays have a correct default but some are just lousy.

    let me try.

    at first modify your modem provided by your isp configure it to brgide mode. and change something a number to 0.35 dont know this number but this is important. after all configuration goto your router.
    :after you change your modem to bridge mode you wont able to see your modem configuration unless you change your gateway. most gateways start from 192.168.1.1.

    in your router change your configuration the lan port address default is usually 192.168.1.1 to something 192.168.1.2.

    now goto to pppoe setup keyin your username and your password given by your ISP your authentication account.

    now i should be up and running now.

    have a nice day...
