    wala ko nag exercise. nagstart ko no rice diet from feb 1 till now. no rice at all or 1 spoon per week/month. mao ra. i eat anything. mo kaon og sudan murag nagbuffet. i lost 15lbs. 10 lbs first month n ako gi maintain lang and i lost 5lbs for just maintaining my diet. karon ra na month nagstart og exercise. 15 pounds to go. from 190+ karon 175 target weight 160.

    No rice diet jud btaw kay effective jud... But consult a dietician first TS... U wouldnt want to slim down at d expense of ur health

    same2 rman tingali if same rapud imong calorie intake. bsta di lng mu devour ug heavy meals igka gabii sad. haha.

    il try doing this, thanks this is more easier i guess hahaha tapulan ko mag exercise gud

    effective na siya but luoy imong lawas. Ang sakto nga diet limit lang sa pagkaon dili kay agdon nimo sa oras. kung mo demand imong tiyan nga gutom tagae gamay. mag diet gani ta kinahanglan healthy pud atong digestive system kay naa diha tanan agi. kung dili ka healthy og digestive system maglisod kag control sa imong weight.

    6 to 6 diet works for me ^_^ cereal breakfast , then good meal for lunch para dili ko mg craving, then light dinner before 6 pm.

    then jog/walk nya stationary bike mao na akong daily routines...

    first few weeks medyo gutomun jud but after awhile maanad ra imong system na early ng dinner.
