Wla ni klaro na seller!!!

When I contacted them thru phone. They said that the price for Acer 4310's keyboard is at Php2,500.00.

Pag visit nako sa place, I asked the in-charge if how much ang last price. He then called the owner which in turn said na its Php3,000.00. Then wla na daw hangyo.

So natinga ko kay ngano ni mahal na man hinuon. Good thing that I was able to save the text message that they sent to me, stating the price that I knew.

The in-charge, again, called the owner and mentioned about the text message that I presented. Mao to na gi hatag nlng nila sa Php2,500.00 ang item. When I asked the in-charge ngano wla man magkadimao ang price, he said na basin ang husband to ang nag text nako... he claimed that it was the wife who answered his call and said that the price is Php3,000.00. (if this is the case... wla gyd diay ni klaro price ila mga items... maingon ra na bana-bana ra ang pricing)

When the keyboard was installed, ma klaro gyd na inexperienced ang ilang taw na gi assign to install the replacement parts. The installation was done forcedly leaving a lot of scratches on my laptop and ang uban pa gani na parts inside, na lumping gyd. When I complained, the in-charged just answered me: "OK ra na! D ra bitaw na makita!". My point is, He is causing damage to my gadget!!!

Bottom line is...
THE QUALITY OF THEIR ITEMS IS GOOD BUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE REGRETFUL!!!

really? not good feedback. I'd rather go to green valley. I inquire last week and its much cheaper than there price and the technician's are pro.
