yup agree ko ani tangtangon na lang ni partylist system. if dili madala tang-tang hashasan ug maayo and enforce strict requirements. kadto lang tarong dapat. take for example kani agp or LPG Marketers Association, Inc., grabe jud ni sila ka marginalized or underrepresented? kinahanglan jud sila ug ilang own representative sa congress? murag nagpatuyang ug approve ang comelec this time around. wa jud ko ni shade ug partylist last may 10. taas-taas lang sa balota, samok-samok.

in fairness sa COMELEC... mura ang rules or ang requirements para mahimo og party-list jud tingali ang problema.

pwede ta himo og ISTORYA party-list... representing CHUVA2X. himo dayon og chapter taga lain2x na region... wala na PARTYLIST na dayon ang ISTORYA.

sakto jud biya ka bai. medyo dili lisod pag fulfill sa requirements mao walay mahimo ang comelec kung dili ang pag approve. pero, niay dakong pero, gi dibdib ba kaha ni sa comelec ang ilang accreditation process? para masuta ang mga bogus o "fly by night" nga partylist?
