The feasibility studies are already done and the first line will be done by 2013. They are already planning a second BRT line shortly after the first one. 3 year pa.................

At least it is still withing your lifetime......... I'm happy that I've still got more years to stay on earth and witness the drastic change from landscape to skyline of Cebu by 2020. Ang skyline sa Cebu kay mapareha najud sa Hongkong, the Strait and the Majestic Mountain background. We should be happy we could still live to see them come true.
