impossible, NK itself is very secure and closed to the rest of the world. Not even their people can who are either blinded by the regime and parted from media. US already have a permanent base in south korea near the DMZ, and btw guam is very far from korea....

okinawa was there as what have agreed after japan surrender, and the base in guam was been there ever since ww2
