if they are not 100% certain about their sexuality, then they shouldn't be allowed to shepherd God's people who will need the most guidance. How can a man/woman unsure or confused about one's self and one's being be able to effectively guide others who are in the same situation? There is no room for uncertainty. It's already a tough profession or self control and self denial. what more is the person has to deal with issues about sexuality, about which ***(male/female) to prefer as one's own.
