anyway, lets get back to topic instead for you to get your head on spot. as most know(i hope you know) that smart bro and the likes are having issues with p2p network due to some configuration on the ISP's side, why dont you persistently call them out and tell them instead of ranting here? who knows, they might reconfigure the system since you are their customer anyway.
