· Graduate of BS Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent
· Expert in PC Hardware, Software troubleshooting, installation and proficient with LINUX systems
· Preferably with 1-2 years experienced in PC troubleshooting and installation
· Well versed in Windows XP Operating System
· Preferably with Good English communication skills, both written and oral
. BPO experience a major plus
