Arroyo inaugurates Cebu subway tunnel - INQUIRER.net
It will be open to the public starting June 14 but only to light vehicles for six hours daily, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., to allow the installation of the control room panel and its systems for ventilation, lighting, telecommunications, security monitors and water pump that constitute the two percent of the unfinished component of the project.
The tunnel is expected to be fully open to all traffic starting in August or after the remaining work is completed.
