the problem with this is tomas thinks he can do whatever the hell he wants coz he is the mayor of cebu...remember, the power of the name osmena is slowly dwindling away... if i am not mistaken, sonny lost in the senatorial election, and john john lost the gubernatorial election.
i think this is a very drastic action of tomas to keep a firm grip of his power. he wants everything to be secure, after all election is just ryt around the corner. and barangay lahug is the second biggest barangay in cebu city, next to guadalupe. with this, he is ensured that he will not spend as much money and spend as much effort in the forthcoming election.

then again, we will see what will transpire...considering this issue has become silent again...as with the usual issues that becomes hot for the first few days and first few weeks of its publicity.

this issue will be a true test of the city council and their ability to think and decide for their own and not just be robots controlled by remote...do this and do that according to the whims of its owner.

this is f***** up coz tomas is overstepping his boundaries with regards to decisions over this matters. and as usual nangawai napud ni ang buang...mura ug bata na d mahimutang.bwahahahaha!

further more, i believe that the boundaries of lahug remain the same. i refuse to believe and do say that it would be very much stupid to divide barangay lahug. after all, captain de los santos has been delivering the basic services and more to these establishments.
