Thats business bai. The SM management is quite intellegent. To avoid paying huge amount sa tax, they built that building para lang magamay nalang ila bayranan sa tax. That building is a loosing business sa SM, alamz na sa accounting class you know. Thats the same thing that Bigfoot did. Bigfoot is a loosing business so ang owner ani nga Super Millionare nga German, he is paying less taxes. Its a game sa business mga pepz, try to recall your accounting, hehe.

Yeah hehehe. I keep checking that Hotel everytime I go to SM, naa jud cracks sa side facing sa SM Mall entrance.

actually there were talks that it was due to the structural integrity of the buildings and the economic stability of the philippines.
one, the south reclamation area is not really built for a structure that huge and that has caused the building to sink how many mm or cm or something per year.
two, the cost for running the hotel is going to be extravagant and finalizing its opening is going to really hurt one's pockets due to the rate of the dollar to peso.

and again...these are just hearsay...no factual evidence but word of mouth
