i think you have to enroll to a blackberry service. either smart or globe has it. before you can surf using your mobile phone..

try turning off data connection.. basig mo work ra with wifi.. or basig naa sa settings..

better yet bring it to smart or globe maybe they can help.

bai try aerophone. i think authorized distributor na sila ana. so they give u warranty and the price is pretty competitive.

I just got a blackberry 9550 Storm 2, but the browser does not work. It has wi-fi but apparently, the browser only works on the verizon network. I can text and make calls, but I cant browse the internet which was my main intention in purchasing this fone.

Would you know anyone who is proficient with BB that can help me? Thanks
