Ok raman sa ako ang Kainos. I have slipped disc and ila man gi cover tanan from consultation to laboratory e.g. MRI and X-ray to Rehabilitation. Hopefully di ko mo undergo ug surgery.

Na-unsa naman ni ang Kainos karon oi. mura ug ang mga big hospitals diri sa cebu ky dili naman mudawat sa patients with Kainos insurance, namely Chong Hua, Perpetual and Cebu Doc. Even Hi precision diagnostics won't honor the LOA from kainos.

Let me just share you our experience. My mother is one of my dependents and was hospitalized. We temporarily shouldered some expenses ky ang doctor magpabayad jud sa iyang operation services and dili musugot ug ipa-agi sa kainos. Ang prof. fee ra ang through Kainos. Medjo dako jud among nabayran and Kainos assured us that they will have it reimbursed. Now, 3 months have gone by but we still haven't received any amount from them. Every time mag follow up mi ky ipasa-pasa ra jud mi nila.

The latest we've heard from them is that wala pa silay funds and one of them is "asking for apologies ky dili jud daw mag-abot ang ilang payables and collectibles". Toinggggg. Mura ug kuyaw ni dah.

Is the boat sinking? or dugayan lang jd sila mubayad? They really suck.

In fairness to Kainos, in terms of their package and services, mas nindot ilang gihatag kysa uban like phil-am care . Ang naka badshot lang jd ani nila ky ang kani ilang reimbursement scheme and ang nahitabo karon nga dili na mu-honor ang mga hospitals nila. I suspect this is because sa ilang reputation nga dugay to dili mubayad dayon. Kuyaw kaayo ni ky nag-trabaho ta ug tarong para naa tay ma-enjoy nga benefits sa atong company but in case of emergencies ky dili diay ta kasalig sa health insurance sa kainos.

This is also be scary sa atong companies ky sige sila bayad for the benefits of the employees but ang insurance company ky wala diay klaro.

I hope klarohon ni sa kainos ni nga issue before they try to market their services and deceive innocent people.

i think they should bring that up with the hospitals if that's what is causing them pain. Lisod kaayo na ang saad-saaran ka nga bayaran unya walay diay klaro.

ni ask ko: doc di kaha ni sa akong mata? naa kay ma recommend nga doctor?
doc polpol: ah wala ra na. mawala ra na sa advil. wala sad koy ma recommend nga doctor sa mata.
