I'm talking of the National Elections. As for the other........ Noy's the second competitive amongst them all after Teodoro. He's got the reputation, amongst them he has the wit to do change for the country and we need such person. As for G1BO (which is my bet)......... he's got the skills, the knowledge and the will. There's no question as to what he can do to serve the country and I guess Cebu was able to see that.

Basing on the fact that Cebu votes were more for Noy and G1BO (1st and 2nd respectively). Of course we weren't blinded by ERAP's true agenda for running again............. that's what makes us apart from most voters across the country.
