Based on price range...

150php below...Joven's Grille but I won't recommend it
170-200php.....Zao and Tara's Cafe sa Guadalupe, Family Choice (Gorordo and Country Mall), Patio Isabel (Old Banilad Road)....Royal Concourse (Gorordo)
300php below....Pino's (for their kaldereta and pritchon...rest of the food is just OK)....Cabalens (decent commercial version of Kapampangan style)....Port (nothing special pero daghan pa pili-an).....Ding Qua Qua (JY Square).......

My personal favorites...if Chinese adto sa Ding Qua Qua...if grilled food adto sa Zao.....if Filipino food, adto sa Patio Isabel.....if budget is 300/pax, adto sa Pino's.......

Pero my all-time favorite....php400++ sa Grand Majestic with roasted duck ang roast beef......
