    90s was just part of cebus' history, face the fact this is cebu now 2010 and moving on to 2011.
    wires? you mean electrical cables, right? well these are difinitely not the reason why tourists are no longer travelling or visits cebu, where the hell did you get that 80% figure
    look do not under estimate our government people, they're not lazy in fact most of them are busy thinking how the hell they're going to spend their annual budget
    setting these electrical cables underground definitely a monumental scale project, very expensive and a lot of things will be affected. you're not talking about a subvidision, you're talking about a metropolis.

    oh and of course i will not trust you! and stay in sengupure. did i spell it right?

    ps. i am sure you will not like spiderman... u know what i mean...

    expensive ang pag-implement ana brad kay tungod dapat makabulsa sila kung naay project hahayz

    knowing philippines is not that progressive country, ang under ground power line kay mas mahal jud kay mas dagko ang wire gamiton para dle kuyaw,. kung buhusan lang ng igong budget sa gobyerno, kaya man guro,. think ayala land, IT park imagine whole cebu city ana ang plastada in colon particularly,. hapsay guro tanawon,.

    dili man sila makabuhat pa guro anah..kay dakox2 jud na ug gasto and besides maintenance cost anah mas dako...
