IMO - CARP was so easily manipulated by major landlords, its so easy that they could get away with other laws set by the gov't. Diha na nagsugod ang mga palusot sa post-marcos regime and it seems marcos wasn't really dead after all. His spirit dwells in luzon visayas and mindanao to this day. Leaders may change but old habits never die.

Your post doesn't make sense. First of all, everyone knows that there is no sole owner of HLI. Second, the CTC will not show the number of shares of the owners/incorporators. Third, only the LGU of the place where the hacienda is located and the corporation can produce the CTC of HLI. Ayaw palabi sa imong gibati para maging happy ka.
