good point stealthghost... pati kang Nikki80... sakto jud mo guys. and instructors are expecting more from scholars and working gali. scholars and working students are expected to do better gali becuase of the fact that they really need to finish school faster and with no delay. sayang ang oppurtunity na matapos and makawork dayon para maka earn na own wawarts. hehehe dba? mas ma feel lang na nimo ang pressure because of work lageh. d man lang school imo giatubang. pro almost same ra man ang ihatag sa instructors sa tanan cgro.

Challenge na TS kay kung maka lampos ka ana aw.. lig-on na kaayo imo pag ka tao... Ug dili na sayup sa instructor nag buhat lang sila sa ila job.. Naa lang jud time nga mag lisod tah ug sakay sa ila gusto w/c is patas sa tanan unya wala tah ana nga kantidad$$$$.. I'm sure kwarta ang problem ani...

dapat d jud ka magsalig na working ka...ayaw gamita ang pagka-working nimo as an excuse na d ka mahagbung...I'm a working student pud and nakasuway na pud ko ug hagbung pero I never blamed the teacher since igo ra na sila gabuhat sa grado based sa imong performance...

I worked as an instructor before, naa man gyud pamaagi ang insturctor na dili sayon pero dili sad touk. Naa may balance ang tanan. mao lang na ako matampo.

I don't mind professors pressuring the student.. I won't be in this position where I am now..

mao ni ang dapat ninyo huna hunaon
1.don't complain ( pag abot nimo sa panarbaho kung di ka maka kaya sa pressure mao na mo resign dayon)
2. dapat independent ka ( less supervision na ka kay you know to handle situations..)
3.competitive ( mas dali maka trabaho ang dgahan alamag.. dili man tungod sa backer kundi kaugalingong sikap.. ika 2 dali ra sad ka ma promote..

ako sad ni agi sad ko ug instructor.. dili lalim.. labaw na sigi ra ug reclamo ang students.. wala man sad gud mi g anad sa mga teachers tung una.. mas grabe karon ka tamad ang mga students.. grabe kaayo mo complain..
