aren't the yellow cabs owned by a pool of several cebu business men? because they wanted to have taxi drivers that doesn't overcharge tourists and taxi drivers who actually know where the tourist spots are -- kinda taxi driver/tour guide. there was a news about this before, i think.

I think ang yellow taxi ky para ra man na sa airport. Pwede ka pakuha ana kung adto ka airport ky i think sila ra allow makasulod sa airport. Mahal man ang yellow taxi compare to white taxi.
