But Erap would never have taken office because he is constitutionally barred. Had he won it would have been a simple matter of questioning his victory before the SC. The bigger question is why COMELEC allowed the clown to run in the first place.

technically erap can still run, since the president did not question nor even said anyhtig about the type of pardon he granted to erap...

absolute pardon gives erap the right to run for any public office and he was not able to finish his term...

murag salikwaot man kaayo...the president appoints the chief justice but the chief justice cannot appoint the president, and yet we claim they are equal.
