eat fruits lang nya fresh vegies. ayaw eat rice nya lots of exercise.
jog everyday and eat less .
try some hydro diet and start jogging a little
it's not a good idea TS. ask your doctor about it. delikado ma strain maau ang imo heart. basin pa nuon magka heart problem ka later on. be realistic lang sis, don't put too much pressure in yourself.
