Look if you had a Physical Check-up which turns out to be ok pero dili gihapon mo maka sleep for many days.. Then there is a big probability that you have mental issues. Try taking liteskin, first take palang nimo...wala na imong insomnia.... vitamin based cya that can help u fight insomnia.....

ako i had insomnia for how many years but since i started taking liteskin wala na jud tawn... ni nindot pa akong skin.
ako sensitive kaayo ko sa caffeine, if i drink softdrinks during dinner, mga 2-3am nako maka-tog...
take a bath before you go to bed.. this freshens you up and helps you relax....
i would not recommend sleeping pills 'coz it would get you dependent.. and would require you to increase the dosage until it would not work on you..
there's one very safe methode.. which would not require meds... Masturbate! when you'r done.. you'll fall asleep right away..

higda then think of possitive thoughts kanang dli mga utang, hadlok hadlok but purely resfreshing sa brain nimo ba like
thinking of ur achievements, fulfillments, etc...
kung drabe na gyud na imong insomia better c a doctor..
oh one thing, minimize excessive computer usage labi nag cge kag dokdok. :mrgreen:
