Prices are very similar to retial shops ( like Datablitz ) new games come out at $49.99,$39.99 depending on the dev and older ones are at $29.99.
The only benefits i see here is that you can get legit games on its release date, other than that other sources are free and ealier if you just want to play the game w/o its online features.

Direct2Drive games is that you can't apply usual patches to their games. You'd have to wait for Direct2Drives's patch version.
