Yes it is possible... if you mean to copy it in the memory card well attached you camera to PC w/ the memory card... but if you want to use the build-in memory of your camera then remove the memory card before attaching it to your PC... then copy the images from PC to the apporiate directory structure of your camera just like any USB flash drive.
