there are probably maaaaany corrupt leaders in the world.. kani lang ang pinaka dagko nga NASAKPAN.... wala pay labot ang maayo kaayo mutago sa ilang modus operande.

for that instance, sure there are a lot.. but they don't run countries like most of these people do. so they don't get much media attention compared to these big time politicians..

If the whole country will have an election today, irregardless of who will run, I'm sure a lot of people will still get to vote for both Ferdinand Marcos and Joseph Estrada. That's how stupid the majority of the country is.
