dugaya kai ko wa ka reply da. p-chan with til u see it. you cant build muscle e replace sa fat lost. bisan unsaon d jud pwede. gi research na na nako og grabi. and it all boils down to one solution. surgery ra gyud. depende pud ni sa imo age and how much u lost.
