    NCR was my first target when I passed the board exam last 2005. I applied and got an interview from a team leader, noel. He told me that he likes the way I answers the question and got a potential since I learn most of the designing softwares by myself when still in college days. But, the next interview was with Rose, and unexpectedly a simple question that I didn't answer. The question was:

    "If you have a design in your mind, will you share it with your superior?"

    My answer was:

    "No. I rather keep it with my fellow mates rather than telling them and get offended."

    She told me my answer was wrong and I accept it, that's the reason why I wasn't hired wayback in 2005.

    I worked in other company nga silingan ra sa NCR.

    Then my second application was on 2009. At first, I was interviewed by Doms, then by the team lider herbert and (I forgot the name) and finally by Vic, then here comes the job offer. The salary was quite competitive with my present salary at that time. But, still my present salary will prevail, because it includes meal, transportation, japanese language allowances. Yet at that time, my present company was in chaos because of politics. To end that I refused the offer by NCR eventhough the HR was chasing to accept, and I resigned from my employer. Para patas.

    Tanang company mn naay politics labi na nga naa sa pinas, di na mapugngan kay kitang mga pinoy naa tay crab-mentality. Ang ato lang, kung naa tay hinanakit sa company air it out sa mga superiors and management, just don't criticize in the web na maka criticize ka sa ubang tawo. If you resigned already then move on, if you are still staying then work and be transparent.

    yep, mao ako nadunggan... ga cge pang hire.

    basta pang experience lng ang tumong sa applicant, I could say, nindot didto. (been there)

    i just dont know if gi adjust nba nila ilang salary bracket sa mga fresh grads or less than 1 yr experience. benefits wise, payter ra hinoon.

    Ako lang masulti sa mga fresh grad nga nang.apply.. Pa experience sa mo maayo then apply mo NCR.. pang last company ba.. Pwede kaayo pang retirement plan ang NCR.. hehe..

    Dako ba chance nga mu grow ta dha sir? Kanang ma promote ta bisag dili ka sipsip sa imong superiors? Dili man gud ko sipsip nga tao. Nahan ko ma promote tungod sa akong achievements.

    pwede kaayo ka mu grow dire sa NCR... depende lng sad sa gihatag nimo nga project... kay basin adto ka sa testing... lisod mn ang improvement sa testing...

    i could say dako ang chances. kana, kon wala ka nagdali kai it would take long, 3 yrs cguro at the minimum, lesser if you're a superman. of course you'll have to abide by the qualifications sa ilang promotion. remember stiff ang competition.

    but then again, expect that not everyone will be pleased during promotions. you'll be hearing positive comments on one side, and negative comments on the other side. sad to say, no matter how hard you place yourself on the good side, dili maiwasan that someone would be backstabbing you without you knowing it. naa ra na nimu if mgpda ka sa mga pessimists.

    American Companies = Yes, daku kaau ug chance nga na ma promote ug vast kaayo ang oppurtunities.

    Japanese Companies = I strongly doubt, kay kasagaran sa nature nila nga seniority ang ilang main basehan.

    Mao jud, strikto pod kau mga Jap Companies, pakat.onon pka ug nihongo.
    Kas kau ug working hours kay sabton pa nimo ang mga documents/specs in nihongo.
    Kung mamis.interprete nimo aw masayop jud ka, usa ray sunod ana ---> pangasaba..

    American companies na lng ta kay mas universal..
