btw, been to this resort and never have felt this kind of treatment from them... ako pa gane ma ikog kay maau kaau sila mu trato ug bisita lami pajd ila food...

di ba? sarap noh? just look at this! super busog na mi sa plated lunch. soup, TWO main dishes plus side of buttered veggies, then dessert! hehehehe

i feel bad for the thread starter.. xa pa ni reklamo xa pa diay sayup, plus butang2 pa mga rules sa istorya otro sd diay to ni violate, nya xa pa ang una ni violate... tsk3.... WAY TO GO!!

Nobody is telling the TS nga sayop cya.. it would just be a wakeup call to anyone and anybody nga there are 2 sides of the story.. the TS story and the hotel's side... If you follow it earnestly.. the hotel have open up their sides as well, and it only shows also that the TS has some mistakes that needs to pointed out as well...

Rules are everywhere.. Istorya has rules.. hell even life and the Universe has its own rules.. We live by a thread of rules... (when you fact wake up in the morning to decide to leave your bed or not.. that is a rule already and a decision you make..) that is a rule that you had followed...

One cannot demand respect if one was disrespectful in the first place right? Never mind adage "the customer is always right" if the customer violated the rules first and foremost. I do not think that your business will be missed.

I read both sides of the story, in my opinion TS should have informed the resort that they are going to have a team building so the management will make some arrangements that would fit TS' requests. Also, I don't think problems will resolve with extreme emotions. It could have been resolved with a fair compromise if they addresssed the issue in a civil manner. This is just my opinion.

I havent heard of this resort. But I'll try this and put my experience here.

sa TS: Maam, idol kaau taka maam!!!you even posted rules sa istorya "RULE # 2" but i guess you didn't even think sa imo profane words sa staff, manager.etc. prior posting..and I guess dili jud unta cguro ma ingon ana imo experience maam if you should have informed the staff sa nyo Team building...

The resort does have their rules...Mao lang ni paet nato sometimes dili basahon...unya dha dayon mugawas ang pagka-corrupt nato..haaayyz..

pipz nga wa nkasabot... you'll never know and you'll never feel what we experienced there when we stayed there.. even our manager was pretty pissed off w/ the place.. but we all have our own opinions and insights.. bhla namo..
at least i've shared our experience and knew that we weren't the only one who had a bad experience w/ this resort
