The kinds of memory card used that time are the old type cards which in default has an executable program for booting purposes (they denied it syempre). Now Smartmatics uses a much smaller card and pass thru clearing built-in or unwanted applications before the distribution.


IF the processing is thru cards, they just have to enter-change/swap the genuine sa ilang re-programmed card before plugging it in into the machine. And this is easy because only the smartmatics volunteer technician is holding the said cards without any security escorts, roaming around per precent! But if its thru machine processing, the cards are useless to them bcoz its all data encrypted results; and I believe the PCOS machine has an internal memory for data loss recovery (I myself seen this in action).

Dili maayo pagka testing. Which means dinalian basta mo dagan lang ok na. Dunno if ing-ana pa jd ka huyang ilang QA or sa Asia nga smartmatic rani.

another true lies...

(1) a nationwide hacking is just not possible, much more for within locality. an encryption used by this machine is not easily hacked because it is using its own set of encrypting rules which is unique to the manufacturer, dili mani parehas sa windows OS or ordinary website nga dali ra i-hack. if i'm a hacker, i would have had chosen to hack banks rather than having one smelly politico pay me a sheer amount of money. unless you have the raw code, u'll never understand how it would work from the inside out. to put a national hacking program means you need connections from (1) Smartmatic Management and their staff, specifically the technical group (2) COMELEC itself including teachers(3) Private Counting Watchers like PPCRV or NAMFREL(4) Politicians involved and their staff

(2) as they say, they "intercepted" the data. it would still be useless. COMELEC chose to receive the actual printed result rather than basing all figures on raw data from the receiving server. if those "stupids" did change the result, it would still had been checked and compared to hard copy of result. this is the reason why dugay ang resulta and actual declaration of winners for national positions. the municipal level are doing the same, but because dali ra makuha ang election returns from individual precincts, they can readily declare a winner within sa locality days after election.

im talking bout the logic bai, dont take it literally...

it is useless to hack unto PCOS machine wherein u get nothing but some few amounts from a politician. and to do a nationwide scheme of hacking into the result needs hundreds of millions, probably billions even...
