im trying to open myself for noy2x but his performance when he was in congress and in senate really bothers me...

And what is your basis? The reason that he didn't pass any law he tried to author? Aren't you aware of the bills he attempted to pass?

- Senate Bill 2035, which is the Preservation of Public Infrastructures bill
- House Resolution No. 788, which created a Congressional Oversight Committee to check and study the use of intelligence funds by government agencies

Do you know what are these laws all about? This could minimize corruption and save our government's funds and if you are a corrupt official would you vote for these bills or resolution to be passed into law? In my opinion it is not the quantity of laws that we should look at but the quality. So para nako dili issue na wala siya law na pass because I know how he tried but he lacks support.

kadaghan senador now and the past naay anti-corruption advocacy naa man gihapon napasar sila na laws. tan-awa lang si Trillianes mas grabe pa man iyang advocacy naka pass pa ug 8 laws sa 200+ bills filed, partida nasa presuhan nagtrabaho. Every year tagaan ang mga senator ug budget para sa ilang work, asa man tawon ang agi ni noynoy lol.

House Resolution No. 788?? Resolutions are essentially meaningless. They allow the legislature to recognize people, events, groups, issues without actually making law. kung daghan gi file ang uban senator na bills what more ang ilang resolutions
